Job Responsibilities
- Regional and overseas travel arrangements and accommodation for the team members
- Process the expense reimbursement (credit card and cash) for the Senior Management Team, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of expense reimbursement requests for finance
- Prepare meeting agenda and draft meeting minutes
- Prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets etc
- Assist in-coordinating meetings and book meeting rooms, venues and conference call facilities, and organize catering as required
- Cover receptionist duties when required
- Be involved in ad-hoc company/section projects
Requirements
- Diploma and above
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- Professional and positive attitude
- Good hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Words, Excel)
- Able to work independently with initiative
- Good command of English and written communications skills
- Salary ranges from S$2,500 to S$3,000 per month
