A well respected developer with strong regional presence is currently
looking for an experienced Architect or Interior Designer to work in
their regional headquarters in Singapore servicing their regional
projects. The role involves developing architectural and interior design
guidelines for all regional projects, coordination with other
departments on alignment of proposals as well as conducting research for
the projects.
You will have a Degree in Architecture or Interior Design, have at
least 7 years’ experience in retail malls including managerial
experience, strong technical expertise and experience with regulations
and project implementation processes. You will be used to working under
tight deadlines and have excellent communication skills both in English
and Mandarin as some of the projects are located in China.
