Admin & Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain partial/full set of accounts
  • Data entry, filing & printing of documents
  • Processing of invoices, receipts and claims
  • Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, enquiries, etc)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that is assigned from time to time
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Diploma/LCCI
  • Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
  • Possess strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with initiatives
  • Effectively bilingual to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to start work immediately
  • Only Singaporeans/PRs or Malaysians need to apply
