Admin & Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Maintain partial/full set of accounts
- Data entry, filing & printing of documents
- Processing of invoices, receipts and claims
- Handle general admin tasks (phone calls, enquiries, etc)
- Other ad-hoc tasks that is assigned from time to time
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Diploma/LCCI
- Minimum 1-2 years accounting experience
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently with initiatives
- Effectively bilingual to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients
- Able to start work immediately
- Only Singaporeans/PRs or Malaysians need to apply
