Requirement
  • Professional Degree in Architecture
  • Minimum  5 years of continuous relevant working experience in local/overseas projects
  • Good leadership, technical , design coordination & communication skills to all levels
  • Liaise and communicate closely with clients' reps, consultants & contractors
  • Able to travel and oversee overseas projects
  • Proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD & presentation skills
  • Being registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be advantaged
  • Flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing
  • Conversant with local codes and regulations, and construction practice
  • Strong planning, organizational, supervision and project management skills
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin will be advantaged.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, it would be a plus to have the following:
  • Min 1  year therapist experience in the beauty/spa industry
  • CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, NITEC or any beauty/cosmetic related qualifications

Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Business Process Improvement
    • Review business processes of the various business units, within Finance as well as the Operations, to identify areas of opportunity for improvement
    • Lead BUs to drive improvements in the monthly closing and accounting process
    • Guide BUs in developing effective and efficient procedures/processes without compromising on internal controls
  • Internal Controls
    • Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls of BUs, and alert Management of potential controls risks and compliance issues
    • Guide BUs to develop policies and procedures to mitigate controls risks and ensure compliance to good corporate governance
    • Partner with Internal Audit, Operations and various stakeholders to resolve internal controls issues.
  • Business Partnering
    • Provide financial and business advisory support
    • Help prepare business cases and perform financial analysis to evaluate and justify for capital or resource investments
    • Analyse financial statements and operational expenditure & provide recommendations on how to improve business performance
    • Analyse business and industry trends, track competitors offerings, provide competitive analysis and benchmark reports for management review

    • Responsible for the annual budgeting cycle, including driving BUs to meet tight deadline, provide budgeting guidance & template to use and facilitate discussion with business to achieve outcome set by the company. 

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the areas of internal controls and business process improvement
  • Experience in leading or being a key contributor of project teams, especially in systems improvement projects
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills

THE JOB
  • Work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders like Communications, Marketing, Advertising Sales and Digital Media teams as well as Corporate Legal on contracts, agreements and marketing mechanics
  • Reviewing of agreements to ensure they are correctly drafted and escalate for legal review when appropriate
  • Reviewing of contest rules and mechanics to ensure that it make sense to participants and alert relevant parties for any potential legal complications

YOUR PROFILE
