Executive / Manager, Legal

We are looking for an  Executive / Manager, Legal to join the Sony Pictures Television. The person will be involved in the preparation of deals and contracts for the business operations.

THE JOB

• Work and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders like Communications, Marketing, Advertising Sales and Digital Media teams as well as Corporate Legal on contracts, agreements and marketing mechanics
• Reviewing of agreements to ensure they are correctly drafted and escalate for legal review when appropriate
• Reviewing of contest rules and mechanics to ensure that it make sense to participants and alert relevant parties for any potential legal complications
• Vet agreements and contracts to ensure the templates are correctly filled up and in compliance with company policies and practices
• Drafting of letters and simple agreements

YOUR PROFILE

• Should have at least 5 year of experience relevant experience preferably in the broadcasting/media industry
• Should have at least a Diploma in Law, Paralegal or Bachelor in related discipline
• Must be meticulous and have an eye for details
• Preferably someone with the ability to read Chinese contract (due occasional need to read and interpret Chinese contract)
