We are currently seeking a suitable candidate to join us as:

Finance Manager

You will be reporting to the Finance Director to run the day to day accounting operations
Responsibilities:

• Lead a finance team to ensure smooth running of day to day accounting functions.
• Ensure monthly closing is accurate, reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
• Review of financial performance, Project Job Profit and loss, and analysis of financials.
• Review of journals and accounting entries.
• Ensure corporate quarterly reporting, audit and tax compliance reporting are met, weekly cash forecast is accurately reported.
• Monthly review of accounts and reconciliations.
• Establish and improve financial management measures and controls.
• Assist in the co-ordination and preparation of annual budget.
• Review of procurement purchase orders.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance.
• Oversee credit control and cash flow forecasting.
• Co-ordinate and liaise with external auditors for year-end audit.

Requirements:

• Based in Singapore.
• Degree in Accountancy, CPA.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience, with some years in audit, and in a supervisory role. Preference for those who have worked in the IT industry.
• Ability to manage people and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational, analytical & report-writing skills.
• Meticulous, with a keen eye for details and hands on person.
• Good hands on knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to excel under pressure and can handle tight deadline.
