1) Centre Manager (Bank Commerical Property)
 
Manage the maintenance of Grade A commercial building. Lead, supervise and motivate staff to ensure productivity and excellent customer services. Responsible for the approved operational and capital expenditures of the building. Participate in the planning and supervision of a comprehensive preventive maintenance works. Responsible for the overall smooth operation of the building and ensure all emergencies are promptly attended and rectified with minimal inconvenience and disruption.
 
Requirements:
Must be Degree Holder
Preferably a Certified Fire Safety Manager
At least 8 years of relevant experience
 
2) M&E Engineer (Bank) Responsibilities

• Provide work direction, procedure and supervision for a group of technicians in maintenance, repair work of facilities and equipments
• Plan, organize and supervise preventive & routine maintenance programs
• Ensure smooth operations of M&E services, proper maintenance and handle related documents
• Supervision of the installation and commissioning of mechanical works to ensure that the work is carried out by the contractors are according to specifications and meet the desired service standards expected by the company
• You will verify the functionality of all M&E components, reports on any abnormalities, attend to all breakdown complaints
• Ensure delivery of quality service for the clients.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experiences in property management
• Candidate who is in the supervisory capacity is preferred
• Possess Fire Safety Manager’s Certificate will have an added advantage
• Strong planning, organizational and supervision skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential attributes
