Responsibilities: Overseeing the proper implementation of the manufacturing process and is responsible for compliance with the production plan. Proposing and implementing alternatives to improve productivity. Participating in validation of weekly production schedule. Responsible and overall in-charge of Production Department such as production targets, yields & productivity improvement, product quality etc. Weekly review of production output and quality performance with management team. Able to review, revise and implement the most efficient and effective ways to manage central kitchen operations and quality control in order to obtain its optimum output/results at all times. Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance (e.g. product quality, delivery schedule, production cost effectiveness, etc) are met or exceeded. Keep monitoring and improving HACCP in production area and Quality of production. Must be able to perform daily QC inspections on all activities and production lines. Develop and analyze data and product specifications to determine standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. Design, implement and continually evaluate quality control programs and procedures to ensure the maintenance of quality in products Familiar with Tetra Pak machines. Good track record with food related companies
