Operations Assistant cum Personal Assistant

If you are an energetic mature individual with strong communication skills in English, this is the role for you.
Reporting to the General Manager, the individual will be required to assist with daily duties such as:
  • Provide a comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management
  • Planning, management and co-ordination of schedules, meetings and travel
  • Preparation and compilation of letters, correspondence and presentations
  • Undertaking administrative duties such as compiling data, collating relevant information from the various departments or individuals
  • Maintaining accurate administrative records and filing system
  • Maintaining training documentation
  • Full Human Resources administration such as contracts, application of work passes and maintenance of personnel records and training materials
  • Other ad-hoc assignments
Previous experience working with expatriate’s beneficial, financial services experience would be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are critical, as is a good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
Requirements:
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Personal Assistant experience to Senior Management a prerequisite
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and enthusiastic
  • Sense of urgency
  • Immediate start preferred
Willing to negotiate around S$2000pm for candidate with the appropriate experience and skills set.
