Trainer/ Senior Trainer

Responsibilities: 

You will deliver training programmes and regularly review them to aim to accelerate the professional development of our Financial Services Consultants. You will also collaborate and work closely with the selected distribution channel to identify and develop suitable curriculum to support the channel’s business strategy, and be involved in launching these training programmes.

 Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline.
• 3 to 4 years sales or training experience is preferred.
• Candidates with no relevant training experience but are passionate in training are welcome to apply.
• Possess good public speaking and interpersonal skills.
