Assistant Vice President, Banca Sales Coach

Responsibilities:

• Support and coach Relationship Managers & Personal Bankers in all matters relating to insurance product sales and knowledge
• Anchor Universal Life & traditional life policy sales
• Initiate and develop insurance product strategies with various segments across Retail Banking to help them meet overall sales and revenue goals

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• At least 5 years of sales experience in retail banking
• Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of banking, wealth management and insurance products
• Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore is an added advantage
• Possess the relevant certifications e.g. CLI, CGI, HI,M5,M8 and M9
• Self-motivated and determined in delivering outstanding sales results
• Pleasant disposition, eloquent and self-motivated
