Billing Officer (Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare costing documents
• Verify freight invoices for billing purpose
• Liaise with Finance department for enquiries
• Monitor and update the costing figures
• Handle foreign exchange rates and check the invoices
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned  

Requirement:

• GCE 'N' / 'O' level holder
• Min 1 year experience in handling billing / invoicing
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• PC Proficient
• Singaporeans / SPR only

Other Information:

• Working location: East
• Working days: 5, Monday - Friday only
• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Remuneration: $1800 - $3000
