Responsibilities:  Manages the day to day operational and technical needs of the end users in the RD&I lab and Offices Provide safety induction for contractors that providing service for the lab and office areas Handle all day to day activities for planned maintenance and servicing requirements for lab equipment (fume hoods, spray booth) and utility supplies (water pumps, compressed air, ACMV) Manage statutory requirements for the site Requirements: Diploma in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical or Electrical) or Building management.
