Data Centre Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data center management and operation
• Assist in development, testing, deployment and maintenance of software solutions for in house projects
• Vendor management
• Support users in all phases of project implementation
• Plan, facilitate and manage users involvement in system development and solutions
• Manage the projects costing and budgeting
• Reviews, evaluates and participate in delivering high quality and cost effective solutions
• Analyze product cost and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure minimal disruptions to on-going operations, including contingency planning for all communications and server rooms

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Studies, Computer Science, Info Technology, Info System or equivalent
• CDCS (Certified Data Centre Specialist)
• 5 years experiences in managing facilities of data centre of more than 1,000 sqm GFA
• Inter-personal skills and resourceful
• General IT knowledge
• Analytical and problem solving skills
