Assistant VP - Cash Management & Business Planning

Our Client, an established organisation and a leader in its industry, is seeking for a AVP, Cash Planning & Business Planning to be part of its finance team. Reporting to the CFO, the incumbent will play an active role in strategic planning  and providing suggestions on enhancing business performance and actions to be taken.

Responsibilities

    * Responsible for funds management, cash flow, tax management, budget and financial control/ reporting locally and regionally.
    * Participate in business planning of the company.The incumbent will be responsible for analysing the strategic plans and proposals, analysis of business plans and evaluation of new business opportunites.
    * Responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining data gathering and analysis systems related to cash management & business planning.
    * Responsible to perform all types of financial and economical analysis and forecasts, supervise economical and financial data gathering, processing and analysis.
    * Establish related initiatives including optimal capital structure, internal control system, and financial procedures and reporting requirements.


Requirements:

    * Degree in Accounting/Finance/ Business. CPA accreditation is highly preferred
    * At least 8 years of relevant experience
    * Experience in Commericial Finance, Managment, accounting and audit experience in MNC environment
    * Experience in cash flow and performing business planning activities.
    * Excellent analystical skills and abitltity to identify financial impact on business decisions and make appropriate recommendations.
    * Sound business and commercial acumen with good interpersonal skills
