You will assist the Manager, Accounts Receivable (AR) in managing the accounts receivables and customer services function.
Your
duties include planning and directing all Shared Service AR activities
to achieve the section’s goals and objectives, developing and
implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that the internal
controls are complied with. You
are also required to review, recommend and implement policies and
procedures to achieve optimal revenue collection without affecting
service levels.
Requirements
- Degree in Business/ Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Experience in AR Management, Collections, Customer Service and Call Center
- Preferably with IT background
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
