Sales/Client Relationship Consultant.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Carry out skin analysis and give professional advice to clients
- Recommend suitable skincare solutions based on customer’s requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Contribute to the client retention program with diligence and commitment
- Able to achieve sales targets and lead the team to achieve the expected goals
- Able to organize monthly talks and events
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience
- Candidates must possess CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC qualifications.
- Able to converse fluently with ENGLISH and MANDARIN speaking customers
- Well groomed with cheerful personality
- Able to multi-task
- Possess good phone etiquette and persuasive manner
- Target driven and customer service oriented
- Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
