Our client, an established IT company, is seeking a Linux Systems Engineer to join their expanding team

Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales support that includes:
- Remote and/or on-site support to the deployment of company’s product.
- On-site product training to partners/customers in regards to a deployment.
- Assist partners/customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Document clients related issues and escalate them to product/R&D team.
- Perform software version upgrade for customers’ equipment.
- Perform hardware appliance installation.
- Assist in hardware and software components testing.
- Provide support to internal Pre-Sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- 2-3 yrs working experience in Linux.
- Working experience with critical technologies likes:
- Network routing
- Caching techniques
- Layer 4-7 technologies
- Network management (SNMP)
- Web performance
- Content filtering
- Packet level troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge of UNIX/LINUX Operating systems that includes:
- Systems administration, troubleshooting
