Responsibilities:
- Participate in formulation and implementation of ICT Application policies, standards, procedures and to ensure their compliance
- Participate in meeting/discussion to gather users’ requirements
- Assist in documentations, test cases and specifications, preparation of training materials
- Communicate with internal customers and understand business requirements correctly and translate into technical solutions
- Sourcing of IT vendors
- Oversee the management of IT-related projects
- Facilitate in analysis, design & implementation of IT projects between vendors & users
- Conduct user training and surveys
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management
- Strong IT project management and people management skills
- A self-starter with an analytical and creative mind who is willing to learn
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge in online applications, ERP and CRM will be an advantage
- Customer-oriented
