Digital Creative Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead the agency’s digital team in developing strategic digital communications and user experiences for clients.
• Develop breakthrough creative for digital communications, including online advertising campaigns, websites, micro-sites, email campaigns, flash videos, mobile (phones and tablets) apps, etc.
• Work with our Digital Planner to formulate sitemaps and campaign strategies.
• Present creative work to internal and client groups.
• Participate in new business presentations.
• Periodically update and educate agency staff on the latest digital developments.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 8 years’ design experience, with at least 4 years at an interactive/digital agency.
• Passion for delivering breakthrough, creative and engaging user experiences.
• Demonstrated accomplishments in creative leadership, an understanding of social media, and experience designing for multiple platforms, including mobile.
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in web and email standards, design and technologies.
• Formal training in graphic design, typography, interaction design and/or visual communications.
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills a must.
