Customer Service Officer ($1.9k-$2.5k Basic + Allowance + Comm)

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers and walk-ins promptly and professionally.        
• Assist in answering all telephone calls, inquires and bookings.
• Assist in reconfirming customers’ bookings
• Build a strong rapport with customers and VIPs such as journalists, biz associates and celebrities.
• Acknowledge and know all regular customers by name.
• Attend to customers’ pre- and post treatment needs i.e. serve tea and direct them to their treatment area, rebook after treatment and close sales
• Help therapists prepare sales and product purchase after treatment
• Retrieve and file back customer prescription cards daily
• Handle all treatment bookings and cancellations.
• Update the system promptly of all customers data on record
• Key into system new customers’ data
• Call and remind customers regarding expiring packages and expiring points
• Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title Customer Service Officer           

Requirements:

• Min ‘O’ Level and above / Professional Qualifications
• Well-groomed with good personal hygiene
• Preferably with relevant working experience
• Min 2 year  of Experience            
• Able to converse well in both English and Mandarin.
• Customer Service oriented. 
• Motivational speaker
• Able to work independently
