At Character Montessori, we deliver a high quality programme for children aged 18 months to 6 years old. Uses Montessori approach and focused on character and moral development.

• Full day teachers work less than 44hrs/week recommended by MOM.
• Classes are small. Teacher-children ratio range from 1:6 for toddlers to 1:12 for kindergarten.
• Time is scheduled for lesson preparation everyday.

• Character development emphasis in our curriculum which makes management and discipline of children much more effective & rewarding.
• On-going training programme is provided to support teachers in professional development.

Requirements :

• CPT / DECCE-T / Dip Montessori / DECCE-L / Degree (Early Childhood Education)
• Committed to the character development of children
• Creative and imaginative in delivering lesson plans
• Possess good working attitude and a personable disposition
• A good team player
• Desires a rewarding and meaningful career
